General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The pain lower back with history of delivery can be in relation with pelvic inflammation or else. The primary evaluation of ultrasound if not conclusive, a CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis is best recommended here with to proceed. The primary relief with analgesic tablets and bed rest, plenty of liquids till you approach for the final diagnosis and cure.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
