What Causes Lower Back Pain Radiating To The Groin And Abdomen?

I HAVE tRANVERSE MELYETIS AND BLOCKAGE OF THE LOWERE BACK, I START HAVING PAIN FROM STANDING AFTER AWHILE ON THE RIGHT SIDE FROM THE BACK AND RADIATES TO THE FRONT ON THE RIGHT SIDE, IT GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE UPPER GROIN TO THE CENTER OF THE LOWER BELLY

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the condition of myelitis then such pain symptoms are very likely the bet way to deal with such pain is NSAID and best drug would be Diclofenac but even better is to bear the pain as hard as you could just to have natural analgesic effects hope this information helps.
