What Causes Lower Back Pain Radiating To The Leg?

I am 25 years old, it is possible that I am pregnant. I have had lower back problems which have slowly been getting better thanks to my chiro. However, last night, my lower back began to hurt, as did my tailbone, and now the pain is down my leg. It almost feels like growing pains, if that makes sense. What could be wrong?
