What Causes Lower Back Pain When Diagnosed With Intussusception Of Small Bowel?

Been diagnosed with intersusseption of small bowel a week ago had MRI and waiting on colonoscopy and gastroscope but had some rectal bleeding yesterday with diarrhoea has since stopped but pain in lower back not settling am I ok to hold off until procedures in 2 weeks or present to emergency

Low back pain is due to Lumbago caused by sudden flexion due to intestinal colic in intussusception.for Low back pain inj Dolonex,Injectable muscle relaxant will cure ,then we can proceed for investigation of intussusception.
