What Causes Lower Back Pain When Diagnosed With Kidney Stone?

I was diagnosed with a kidney stone 4mm back in Feb 2015. The past few weeks I ve had low back pain almost like birth contractions. The pain gets so bad in my lower right side of my stomach and back that it s hard to get comfortable. I have a constant cramp now along my entire lower area below my belly button. Could my stone be moving?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be renal colic because symptoms does not support this but it could be some type of uterine related pain and this needs to be ruled out till then you can try "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" three times in day, better to get done routine urine examination, hope this information helps
