What Causes Lower Back Pain While On Amoxicil?

Hi, I just finished a steroid for a sinus infection on Tuesday. The sinus problem started in May and I had a 14days of amoxicil before seeing the ENT for the steroid. My eyes and ears feel better but I ve been feeling exhausted, (in the bed by 8pm) lower back pain and muscle aches are these related?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of lower back pain and muscular pain are not related with the history of sinus or treatment taken but it could be nonspecific one and no need worry about this hope this information helps.
