What Causes Lower Back Pain With Low Fever, Chills And Dizziness?

I'm having a lot of joint pain, and it's lasted like 3 days. My lower back is hurting on the left side.. my left lung is hurting. I'm having chills, and a low fever. My skin is burning. This was all sudden.. I'm really week, and dizzy, and light headed. What does this sound like?
