What Causes Lower Back Pain,abdominal Pain And Brown Discharge?

Dear doctor, it is possible to ovulate twice in one cycle. I ovulated on 26th june ie 14th day of cycle. On 30th day my ultrasound showed 16mm follicle with ET 9 mm. I had extreme lower back and abdomin pain and a brownish discharge this morning. Am i ovulating again ?
