What Causes Lower Back Pain,swollen Abdomen And Weight Gain?

I have recently heart my back by turning awkwardly I have had pain in lower back for a week .I have also noticed my abdomen seems swollen and I feel bloated I have also gained weight in the last week I have put on nearly 6 pounds I am quite concerned as I have been watching my weight . I have completed a pregnancy test which was negative I have recently started the menopause I am 56 years of age can you advise on what it could be.

I really appreciate your concern, over all symptoms given here does not indicate any disease and this could be just physiological phenomenon and this is nothing to worry, some time this could be due to stress, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
