What Causes Lower Backache And Pelvic Pain While Suffering From PCOS?

hi I am 26 with type 2 diabetes and just got diagnosed pcos 2 months ago i woke up with a quarter sized bruise it is red with blue and purple with mostly red when i touched it it hurt like a bruise does but noticed a bb sized lump in the middle of the bruise its been 3 days and its sill there the bruise is lightening up in color i have as well the same day started with lower back aches and ALOT of pelvic pain/cramping and my pelvis is buffed out it hurts a little with touch and if you press it definitely hurts i have a appointment with my ob on the 8th of may i made it almost 2 weeks ago when i woke up with 26 bruises mostly on my left and some on my arm that s not normal but the 8th is the soonest they can get me in can anyone please help me on hypothetical reason i have had head aches almost every day for 2 months i also feel like flutter and small feeling of movements in my pelvic lower abdomen area i know i am not pregnant my dr took a pregnancy test blood and urine 2 months ago i also did a pee test this month i was on my period from the 21st - 25th first day light 2nd 3rd heavy rest days spotting of april but every since i had my daughter in October 2016 i been getting my period on the 26th or 27 every month and it would last for 5 days its usually light/spotting the first day or 2 then the rest of the days are heavy im sorry im trying to give as much info as possible . OH i also had2 c sections 1 emergency the other because my baby had medical issues i also had emergency gallbladder removal on the 20th of 2017 i am also on phentermine due to i could lose weight when i was on strict diets and exercise i lost 1 pound in 2 years my dr checked my metabolisms. and found it was not working good enough ive been on it for 4 months next month i will be slowly getting off of it that whole month thank you so much for reading

It’s a common symptom of PCOS and persist for long.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid (Meftal) for pain relief.
