General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The low fecal elastase, diarrhea, constipation and nausea indicate the possible issues of intestines as malabsorption, enzyme disturbances, flora upset or other inflammatory bowel conditions.

* This does not sound to be related to intake of cannabis and Tramadol for single day (if not being consumed on a chronic basis, in which case the opinion will differ).

An appointment with a gastroenterologist would be of great help. Till that time, avoid all spices, dairy fat and junk foods till possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
