What Causes Lower Hip Pain And Abdominal Bloating?

Ok...the past couple months I ve had bad pain in my lower hip (right side, kinda wear ovary is) white discharge with NO Odor or itching. Very naused but not throwing up. I m very swollen or bloated. And my periods the past few months have been unusually long.

Hello

Right lower abdominal pain may be due to many reasons like renal,pelvic problem etc.

You may need clinical evaluation and investigations like routine hemogram,liver and renal function test,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.
Ultrasound of abdomen is very helpful and it can exclude many causes.
Ultrasound may be helpful in evaluating bleeding for long time.
Treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.

White discharge may indicate infection.You may need clinical correlation and microbiological examination of discharge material.It may be due to fungal or bacterial cause.
You may need anti fungal or antibiotics depending upon findings.
