What Causes Lower Left Abdominal And Back Pain When Diagnosed With Barrett S Esophagus?

recently diagnosed with Barretts..alot (6 out of 10 ) pain lower left abdoman ,and lower back .down from 120lbs to 90lbs ..60 yrs.old,smoker,lethargy and depression.waiting for some kind of colonoscopy..too skinny for the standard test. what do you think?? Thank-you

Consult a physician and get evaluated to look for any possible causes like spine related problems. It may not be related to Barrett's esophagus.
