What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain Before Menstruation?

dear doctors, I need your help. Since 2 years ago I started having pain, left lower abdomen, inguinal, the pain usually occurs one week before the menstruation or during the menstruation. It does not radiate and it is always in the same place. The pain is very vivid, stabbing pain that makes me cry.If without paracetamol I experience cold/warm waves of sweat and I cannot move an inch further.I had an echo, blood tests some time ago and the docs did not find anything. I am desperate. Female, 44years old, 59 kg, 1.77 cm leaving in Holland.Thank you for help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hey, After revieweing your symtpoms, I think you maybe suffering from endometriosis. It is a disease where tissue from uterus seposit somewhere else.
Your pain is typical of that.
I would recommend you to get an Ultrasound Pelvis done and visit your obs/gyn for definitive management.

Use Diclofenac50mg twice daily until that for pain. It will help with the pain.

Get well soon.
