What Causes Lower Left Quadrant Abdominal Pain And Painful Burning Urination?
I m having pain in the lower left quad of my abdomen, more so on the side. Urination is painful and a burning feeling. I have the frequent need to go but hardly void. there s no foul smell to the urine or discharge. the pain is worse with sexual activity. I have experienced 4 uti s in the past 3 months, this doesn t quite feel like the uti s ive experienced except for the burning sensation. the pain is pretty moderate, but becomes severe right after urination. i dont have insurance at the moment so i m looking for any advice or information. i have been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice. i m a 19 year old female. thank you for your help
Your symptoms are suggestive of an urinary tract infection. For this reason, I recommend performing a urine analysis, a urine bacterial culture and an abdominal ultrasound. You may need to take antibiotics.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
