What Causes Lower Left-sided Pelvic Pain?

I have a pain in my lower left side, in the front where I think my ovaries are. It is right above where my leg ends and the lower left side of my stomach the pain is not in my leg, and not sure if it is muscle strain or not. I have started walking every day but this started before then. The paid in not continuous, has been happening for about a month. It almost feels like I am on my period, memories from 10 years ago. I hope you understand the location and description. This is my first time using the service and did not realize there was a fee. I will consult my GP. Thank you
