What Causes Lower Middle Abdominal Pains?
I am having lower abdomen pain so bad that it hurts to walk and if I sit down too hard, it also creates a lot of pain. I've been having lower right abdominal pain with lower back pain; diagnosed with uterine fibroids during routine pelvic exam. The cramping is now in the middle of my lower abdomen. What could this possibly be?

If you have diagnosed for uterine fibroid then this could be the reason for pain the pain, chances of infection need to be ruled out with the fibroid chances of infection is very likely, surgical opinion is must, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
