What Causes Lower Pelvic Pain?

I have an appointment tomorrow morning for results from vaginal ultrasound I was hospitalized last oct for 5 days with an infection they thought was pid but all my test came back normal I ve been experiencing lower left pelvic pain since and am no longer on birth control!

I really appreciate your concern, PID is very common condition and this need to be ruled out, although you have not mentioned what exactly you do have? beside the pain, some time MRI is the way to made some diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care.
