What Causes Lower Right Abdominal Pain During Intercourse?

I had my prostate removed robatically in June of 2010. No sign of any cancer since and PSA is negligible. Have been dealing with severe pain in lower right abdomen that can be relieved by taking flomax. However, when ever any type of sexual activity is achieved, the pain is the lower right abdomen becomes very very intense and requires heavy doses of advil to get relief? Your opinion
