Pain over lower right side of abdomen is here due to some infection in urine and kidney stone which has been already diagnosed in your case.
But it needs to be examined by surgeon with medical history and some specific tests to have a confirmed underlying diagnosis.
So,You may need ultrasound and CT abdomen and there is no harm to undergo it since they are non-invasive procedures and completely safe.so no need to worry about it.
However, treatment is mainly depend upon the underlying cause. Meanwhile you can take antacids (pantoprazole) and analgesics (aceclofenac or naproxen) which are available over the counter.
Also, continue to take ciprofloxacin but no need to take celecoxib since this drug has many side effects.
