I cant seem to manage the pain in my lower back on my right side. I went to my Doctor last Thursday and he said it was muscle spasms. I have been taking naproxen, tizanadine and I do have some hydro but I am afraid to take all these meds so what I have been doing is taking the naproxen at 5pm then 5am and the tizanadine at bedtime. I haven t really taken the hydro. the last time was Tuesday night at 10 and at that time didn t take the naproxen. I haven t been sleeping because the pain is just too great and I cant lay on my sides or my back. What am I doing wrong with the meds or is there something else for relief?
