What Causes Lowered Blood Pressure Along With Dizzy Spells While On Losartan?

I am a 49 yr old female with hypertension. I am on a 100/25mg losartin hcg. I have recently lost 20 lbs and excersice regularly. My Bp is extremely low, on these meds. Went from 160/100 before meds to 125/78on meds. Now after weight loss its 100/65. I am beginning to bruise very easily, extremely dizzy, very lightheaded, and occasional chills. What should i do?

The features are suggestive of low BP or Hypotension apparently caused by the medication Losartan/Hydrochlorthiazide.
I would advise you to consult your treating doctor to reduce the dosage of this combined medication.
