What Causes Lump And Cluster Of Bumps On Nose After A Hit?

Hi, the other day I bashed a very small area of my nose pretty hard on the end of a metal frame. It hurt a lot and it formed a lump which is still there. It is still painful to the touch. Now in that exact spot I have a cluster of about 5 black dots which look like blackheads, but darker. When I squeeze then, black stuff comes out then they look like normal blackheads. They are isolated and there are no others around them. What are they and how can I get rid of them?

Well come to HCM
Because of the injury chances of developing of eccymosis is very likely, and this is happens due to soft tissue injury and bleeding so it is black in color, no need to squeeze this, the main concern would be infection and care need to be taken for this, else this is nothing to worry every thing would be fine soon, take care, have a nice day.
