Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You need to visit an ENT surgeon. It is something in your tongue then surgeon will palpate if needed. He may take a small biopsy from it. If tongue is normal and there is stone in the tonsils then u have to take Betadine gargle. Stone will get removed on Betadine gargle.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
