Hello and welcome to HCM,
Breast lump associated with pain is suggestive of fibrocystic disease of breast.
Fibrocystic disease of breast is associated with lumpiness of breast without any discrete mass.
Pain is often present in fibrocystic disease especially during menstruation.
An aspiration cytology of the breast lumpiness can be done to diagnose the condition.
If the lump is discrete, an aspiration of the lump is required to diagnose the condition.
In the meanwhile, you can use pain killers and strapping of breast for symptomatic relief.
It is not clear from your history that where are you seeing the blood spots.
Please mention the exact site of blood spots for interpretation.

Thanks and take care
