What Causes Lump And Swelling Between Anus And Vagina After Masturbating?

Yesterday I used a large dildo for self play and masturbation. Today I have felt a dull ache in my perineum. On examination I can fell a lump / swelling to the right side midway between my anus and my vagina. Have I injured my self? I did not feel any pain whilst using the dildo. Help!

Hi thanks for writing to us.
Most probably you have injured yourself during masturbations,resulting in inflammation of injured area.This inflammation is giving you pain.Take some OTC pain killer,hopefully it will subside.
