What Causes Lump Around The Vagina?

hi i really need help i started out having this not really little but not really big bump around my vagina and now i have more and i have no clue what they are. They hurt wenever i pee aand if anything touches them they pretty much hurt non stop.what do you thinkl they are?they dont look like canker sore there just red and at the top of them is kind of a scab or zit opening? help?
