What Causes Lump At The Back Of Head Along With Severe Itching?

i had a lump at back of my head which was removed 7 years ago. but has returned back and i have been with it now for more than 3 years. I was booked for a day surgery remove it but I have not gone for that. sometimes my head is always itching and its very serious especially that side. sometimes i feel as if something is moving in that area before it starts to itch

The presence of the itch may indicate that there may be : (1)infection eg fungal infection can cause itching
(2)dermatitis- inflammation of the area due to irritation from an agent that came into contact or allergies

You would need to get it reviewed so that the exact cause can be determined and treatment initiated.
