What Causes Lump Behind The Neck?
My 17 year old daughter just found a small lump behind her neck at the base of her hair line. I was Adopted as a child from another country so I don t know my health history. Her bilagical father is not in her life and I don t know much about his health history either. Should we be worriedly?

The lump may or may not be significant.
It may be a lymph node (responding to infection/allergy/inflammation), lipoma (collection of fatty tissue), as a result of trauma, due to infection , allergy, cyst.
If it persists, her doctor may be able to take a look and make a diagnosis for you.
