What Causes Lump Behind The Nipple And Tightness In Upper Chest?

I am a 20 year old male. I ve had this lump behind my nipple from this january. I had pain when it is touched or squezed. First i thought that it was due to excess fat as my chest was loose due to lack of workout. So i started going to gym and i am still going. There is no change except the fact that my upper chest has become tight. I consulted a doctor and he gave medicine and there was no change.but the pain is no more. I consulted ayurvedic doctor for nothing. The first doctor has told me to consult a surgeon to get it removed. Is it gynecomastia? That lump is surrounded by a soft tissue which makes my lower chest loose. I dnt hv the money to do surgery. Nw i would like to build my body up. All the muscles exept the chest is allright. So i am really concerned about it. Please help me

You need surgery or not, it can be said only after checkup. You have consulted one doctor who advised you to consult surgeon. My opinion is same....consult the good surgeon...he will do some tests and examinations...and after that it can be said that you need surgery or just no treatment at all, because there can be some benign mass of fat cell e.g. Lipoma which usually not require any surgery or there may mass of chest muscle which require surgery. It may also be gynecomastia if its shape is more like of female breast...but in that case your first consulting doctor should have dignosed it easily. So consult a good surgeon.
