What Causes Lump In Breast And History Of Vertigo?

22 year old female with vertigo since 2 months, present everyday. it is present even on lying down. was diagnosed to have BPPV, after all routine investigations, ct, eeg, ultrasound abdomen, and uppergi scopy came back normal.. associated abdominal pain(epigastric) and nausea and vomitting present.. on treatment with strugeron and vertin for the past 1 month.. still continuing, but no significant improvement.. any suggesions..?

and she has a lump in her breast, mobile, irregular surface, non tender.. present since puberty, very slow growing.. does anybody think symptoms are related to each other..?
