What Causes Lump In Knee After Knee Popping?

I popped me knee out sideways 2 months ago... and pulled the MCL... and then i had a lot of pain in my meniscus subsequent to that... Now, i have noticed a hard lump behind the knee on the inside lower section about the size of a marble.. any idea what this might be? or how i can treat it?
