What Causes Lump In Neck And Temple?

Hi, I m a 27 year old female and I ve recently noticed a few pea sized lumps. One is on the back right side of my neck about an inch below hairline, another is on my right temple and the other is on the left side towards the base of my scalp. The neck one has been there for 2 weeks, not sure about the other two. I ve also had a headach for about three days. What could this be?

You may have cervical lymphadenopathy. It may be reactive lymphnode or due to tuberculosis or lymphoma. You should go for biopsy and histopathological examination.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
