What Causes Lump In The Folds Of Vagina Near Clitoris?

Had a bump that seemed to be a pimple right in the folds of my vangina near my clitorus, at first very small then I got my period and after wearing a pad for a few days it swelled up rather large feeling, I popped it rather easily but now it keeps swelling up and down and hurts a fair bit

Hi,
It seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection, precipitated during period due to blood and poor local hygiene during period.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
