What Causes Lump In The Middle Of Upper Chest?

It feels like a have a lump or a ball in the middle of my upper chest. There is a bit of pressure there and I m a bit tight chested. While I can breath okay, I feel like I can t breath fully all the time and find myself sighing a lot. I also seem to be a little out of breath sometimes when doing things

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have lump in the middle of upper chest . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like infections , inflammation , tumors , trauma , boils , abscesses , hematoma , benign and malignant tumors or cysts . I would suggest you to consult general surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order biopsy , check tenderness and consistency and order x-ray to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may put you on antibiotics along with anti inflammatory or may drain the lump . Doctor may also recommend surgical removal or radiaotherapy .
