What Causes Lump Inside The Vagina?

hi i have found a lump just inside my vigina to the left hand side if you were looking at me,its about the size of a small grape feels a bit sore like a spot but theres nothing there,could it be a glad?i am due on and normally get swollen glads in my breasts about a week before.
