What Causes Lump Inside Vagina?

Hello. My name is Laura I have a small lump on the inside of my vagina. I out noticed it because it was slightly sore when I wiped after using the bathroom. I am working abroad for the next few weeks so I cannot go see my own doctor. What should I do?
