What Causes Lump Like Bruise On Shin?
About a week ago I noticed a large bruise on my shin (about 6 inches long and 3-4 inches wide). At the top of it is is small firm lump, about the size of a marble. The bruised area appears lighter this week, but the lump is still there, same size, and still hurts when touched. I don t remember specifically doing anything to injure it, but we have recently just moved, so I ve bumped into boxes here and there.

From history it seems that you might be having some blunt injury over the part while moving stuff.
Now bruise is subsiding, nothing to worry, gradually evey thing will be alright.
Apply ice pack on the bump area which is likely of having small blood collection.
Ok and take care.
