Hi, Thanks for query to My HCM virtual Clinic And welcome to HCM services.
I studied all details of your query.
I understood your health concerns about causes of moving lump from clitoris to Urethra. Based on facts of your query,it seems that-you seem to suffer from Acute vulvo vaginitis, with Bartholincystitis. If the lump repsonds to Anti-inflammatory/Antibiotic Treatment/Good hygeine,no need to drain by surgical Incision and drainage. Only if abscess is formed it needs drainage. Hope this reply would help you in resolving this complex query and anxiety with it.
Will appreciate your hitting thanks and writing excellent review comments to help needy visiting patients at HCM like you.
