What Causes Lump Moving From Clitoris To Urethra?

hi, i m a feamle 37 yo...i think i have bartholin s infection... i had the lump on thursday (labia minora), on saturday the lump moved to my clitoris then sunday til now (monday) it moved to my urethra. i did not consult any doctor since i am so shy.. i took inoflox 400 at 3pm as initial dose monday and took again at 10pm... do i still have it drained as what i have read in the internet?

Based on facts of your query,it seems that-you seem to suffer from Acute vulvo vaginitis,with Bartholin cystitis.
If the lump repsonds to
Anti-inflammatory/Antibiotic Treatment/Good hygeine,no need to drain by surgical Incision and drainage.
Only if abscess is formed it needs drainage.
