What Causes Lump On Chest?

I have found a lump about the size of a nickel on my chest. It is just under the skin and feels semi hard, but can be depressed. It is roughly circular in shape. There is no pain or soreness associated with this. Please give your impression. Thank you. Paul Ellis

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having small lipoma or sebaceous cyst giving this problem.
If there is no pain or increasing of size, nothing to worry.
Ok and take care.
