What Causes Lump On Lower Rib Cage?

I have found a lump under my left breast on the lower rib cage, it hurts when I cough and in general aches a little.
My doctor already thinks i have IBS and possible Celiac, which I am being tested for.
I just recently had the contraceptive implant in to.
What could it be?
