What Causes Lump On Right Side Of Groin?

i have a lump on the right side of my groin thats been there for about a month. its semi hard and does not pain, although it did hurt in the beginning when i first noticed it. skin colour has not changed and the size is the same. i am able to move it around and it feels like its right under the skin not deep. i have no other symptoms except this lump.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having enlarged inguinal lymph node giving this problem.
Nothing to worry, due to some minor infection like ingrown hair follicle infection or some minor infection in surrounding area can give rise to enlarged lymph nodes.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
