Hi,

Noted the history of a squishy lump behind the ear, pealed the skin, caused bleeding and the ear became bruised.
From the history this looks to be one of hte following:
Infected sebaceous cyst that you opened up, causing bleeding also but the oozing sipped through a sub-cutaneous plain causing change in color of the ear.
Could have been a hemangioma.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Rush to ER or your Doctor as this needs to be diagnosed well.
May need a stitch to stop blessing.
Antibiotic if infection was the cause.
Supportive and symptomatic management also.
Once the diagnosis is done then a proper definitive management as per the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
