What Causes Lump On The Labia In A Virgin?

I m 21,a virgin, and I just noticed a lump on my labia. When I touched it there s no pain, all I know is that it moves around. I weigh 241lbs. I have an appointment with my doctor, but it s not till July 9th I wish I can be checked. I am very worried, and scared that it might be cancer or maybe and hopefully nothing serious.
