What Causes Lump On The Penis?
my husband fell on a ladder bruising his penis approx. 3 weeks ago since then on the shaft of the penis just below the head he has a hard lump which has grown in size it today is approx. 1/4 in width and 1 in long going around the penis head. could this be a clot ?

It can be due to injury or infection. Share a picture for confirmation. Local application of antibiotic cream can help ifs due to infection. Doing an ultrasound can help diagnose.
