What Causes Lump On The Shaft Of Penis?

Hello, I have noticed a rather small lump on the shaft of my penis beneath the head and under the skin, at first I didn t hurt as much but now after nearly a week it begins to hurt whenever I get an erection. The lump is barley noticeable and doesn t have any distinct color, I read that it may be lymphoceles yet I haven t had any sexual activity or rigorous masturbation in a while. Will this lump subside on its own or what should I do?

I really appreciate your concern such lesion could be due to sebaceous cyst, and for the confirmation you need to get done the clinical examination, second just keep this under observation for any changes, some time this can be vanished on its own, hope this information helps, take care.
