What Causes Lump On The Side Of Neck Along With Headache?

Hi i have found a lump on the left side of my neck only about the size of a pea so not realy worryed about it but i have a constent headache at the back of my head an when i stand up it gets alot worse i even loose my ballance most of the time so ive had to take all this week off work hoping it will go away but it still hasnt have you any ida what it is or how i can get it to stop please as i cant aford anymore time off work Thaks pete fuck that im not paying 18 pound when it could b anyone answering me fuck that
