What Causes Lump On The Tonsils?

I m having a few symptoms I m concerned about. It appears I have a lump on my tonsils (the same color as my tonsil), and white spots that are thick and mucous but are difficult to clear. I can cough up one with a lot of effort but it s difficult. No pain

Hello,

Looks like you are having inflamed and infected tonsils follicular in type. You will be requiring antibiotics course to cure it. Penicillin is helpful. Hot salt water gargles and hot soups are supportive measures. Meet an ENT doctor for evaluation. You need to consider throat swab, it would be helpful in the long run, if it is recurrent.
