What Causes Lump On The Top Of Thigh/groin?

hi i'm a female in my late teens and have had a lump on the top of my left inner tigh/groin erea for some time, I thought it was due to Exercising on a bike in the gym however it's been ages since then well over a month and it's still there, recently it's got bugger, it's hard and tender to touch and I can now even feel it when I sit down i'm really embarrised but haven't a clue what it could be please help!!

Cause for lump on top of thigh/groin-
Mostly this lump seems to be from lymph-adenitis due to the infection in the draining area,which needs to be checked with your ER-Surgeon and Gynaec doctors.Don't worry and things will be right after this check up.Plz don't self medicate and increase risks and costs of your illness.Just ask query to HCM and to me.
