What Causes Lump On Vagina?

Hi i am 21 and am quite healthy, and i recently felt a small lump like the size of a spot inside my labia. I didnt think anything of it but a couple of days later I felt another and so looked at my vagina with a mirror. there are lots of clumps of white around and inside my vagina, and i know it is not discharge becase it cannot be wiped away. i thought they could be herpes but they do not hurt or itch and they are not red. could they be warts? im really worried and dont know what to do.
